Fixed-scope projects delivered independently of any retainer. CRISIS SUPPORT
When something goes wrong and your committee doesn't know what to do next — a governance failure, a safeguarding concern, a member dispute, a sudden public incident — you need someone who can help you respond properly, quickly, and without making it worse. This is a rapid-response engagement available within 24–48 hours of first contact. We assess the situation, help you determine the right process, draft the necessary communications, and support the committee through the immediate response. There are very few places community clubs can go for this kind of help. We're one of them.
